It made my trip to Medina a really good experience. The room was elegant, the bed was comfortable, the service was good. The staff members were responsible and helpful. The hotel was located close enough to masjid, alhamdulilah, the mosque. Variety of food options near the venue.
Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

The reception was stunning, I liked it. Generally everything was good, however the bathroom was disgusting. Staff was always available and overall they are delightful people. Fresh and yummy food. A well-maintained hotel in Medina.

I loved hotel's good reception. Rooms with 4 single beds. Paid usd 227. Location: the venue was adjacent to Masjid, the grand mosque. Interesting place for exploring Medina.

the room was bright, the staff was amazingly efficient and the location was historic. the atmosphere created here was family. exceptional view of sea. awesome food combined with amazing service. it had great swimming pool too. walking distance to the amazing beach.
